When you are ready the teacher will appear
I read this line today in the Times of India Speaking Tree section and it really got me thinking as to what it means to be prepared.
How does one prepare onself to get the real teacher?
First things first , Do we actually need a teacher?
Yes we do because , anything you want to learn , you learn it better when you have a teacher teaching you - right from his experience, right from the heart!
But, everyone ain't so lucky to get a real teacher and teh reason being that we are not PREPARED!
well then what preparation is required to get a true teacher in this movement called LIFE!
Methinks , it would be
1. Being Honest
2. Being accepting of your own self and own weaknesses and not hiding behind a facade
3. Loving and liking your life every moment and not just when the going is good
4. Just being aware that every moment your thoughts are shaping up your life!So think well about yourself and about others.
Easier said than done ....Let me see if I can truly prepare myself for my teacher to appear...in his very life!
