Me - i chose to be at home - despite my brilliant academic record n an MBA degree. Am i frustrated n angry at times n do i regret my decision ???? Hmmm sometimes :( but then i rationalise ---- both have its pros n cons !
Why do men not hv to make such choices ?
My mom use to work .... Was she happier ? Can't say :( she too cribbed about not being "there " for us kids !!! And i feel depressed when i meet some school pal whose doing well n has z career .
The point is what will i do when my kids grow up ? Where will I start again? Will I be able to start ?
Gosh .... Time for kids bed!
The debate continues ...... Where is that " elusive balance" - work n family !
Not for women i suppose :)
